BUN/BREAD and the CURRY(Malaysia most wanted food/dish) are GREAT combination of dish in Malaysia. Eating bun with chicken curry is common in Malaysia but baking the curry inside the bun is not. That's why the CURRY CHICKEN BUN is created.

咖喱面包鸡 CURRY CHICKEN BUN is a very unique dish where chicken curry with potatoes and thick gravy wrapped inside the Gigantic bun. The bun is soft with butter taste, definitely good for dipping the curry. The chicken curry is fragrant and not that spicy and it's suitable for everyone. Locals and foreigners loved this dish.

How Do You Eat This?

Once you cut the bun with a pair of scissors in star shape presentation, unwrapped the foil and plastic which is stuff with chicken curry. You may take out the oil depend on your need and it's ready to be served.

Just use your hand to tear off the bun and then dip it into the curry. The bun will absorb the yummy goodness of the curry. You can also scoop up the chicken and eat it with the bun.


HISTORY & BACKGROUND:

Established since year 1980 by Mr Chaw And Mdm Lew who have been in the cooking industry for more than 30 years. Back home, the initial result of the bun was not so convincing. They could only bake one bun at a time. Later with their passion and belief in cooking only the finest ingredients and freshly made bun everyday, the turning point to ten buns each day. But now, buns are churned out by hundreds daily. Chaw and Lew share a love of cooking. Cooking and baking are gratifying to them because they enjoy the time it gives them to make something delicious to share with everyone. That's why they are still in the KITCHEN today!!!
